His A Reason Bum
Mr reason 3.0
oooooooooooooooooohhhhhhh!
"it has everything you need already bulit in!"
ooooooooooooooooohhhhhhh
Alright for some i guess... he gets tought the interface for free in his music tech cource!
Me tho, i toke one look at it and didn't like it... i don't like the idea of not being able to add more variety that has "no limits"
i.e. i herd you couldn't add 3rd party VST's - i hated it!
Also i couldn't find the simplest of things - "the piano roll"
so i just put my head thourgh the wall instead!
And i highly dowt it has a feature that alows you to play your CPU keyboard as a MIDI keyboard!
So i just binned it!

there is one way u can put some distance between the vocals and the rest of the track.
profiled noise reduction..
profile a section of the track that has the same backing sounds (kick synth pads ect) as a section with the vocals..
then use the profile to effectivly cancel out the the background music.
sounds good in theroy, generally doesent remove that much but if do it with care and in small sections at a time, u can get some good results, then eq'ing out the rest of the sound doesent have to be anywhere near as drastic. and while listening to the created "pella" will have some residual background its volume will be significantly (hopefully) reduced :D
depending on what noise filtering software u use of course.
audition 2 has a noise profile reduction thingy in it. tho i havent played about with it to any great extent.
