As far as I am aware, any track that you do not own the rights to is not to be posted in the tracklist.

Just link to it on another site.

Ask the producers you will find most of them don't want their tracks being given out for free as DJ mixes, promo's are for live gigs and radio perhaps, I still ask where I can play a track everytime I get a promo from someone. Unless you own the track you can't assume it's cool to give it away for free, so we snip the tracklists for that reason.
