I like either TBH but I hate it when there is no room to move (whatever the size of the party).

Small raves often present familiar faces so you can often see the same people a few times at certain venues which can be pretty cool.
Large raves offer variation and plenty of people to meet.
They both have procs and cons.
Big raves its hard to find your friends if you split up. Doesn't quite seem as friendly an atmosphere as a smaller rave.
Small raves if you don't enjoy them from when you first get in, you prob still won't later because (if they are THAT small) will probably not have the variation that you might like however, i suppose that only applies if you don't do your research into an upcoming night anyway.

Never really been to a huge rave, usually go to Vibealite in Leeds witch is mint
but was getting more crowded every month before it closed for refurbishment.
Went to raverbaby in Leeds (Evolution club) but wasnt as big a venue as Air in birmingham but is still a good venue imo, it just needs a bigger dancefloor in the main arena

Raves still happen? Or are we talking about these parties at legal venues that dj's spijn at. (dont mean to be a dick but there are really no "real" raves anymore) damn i love both..the more the merrier, but also its cool when its just a bunch of friends and a small group you usually feel closer to everyone instead of being swallowed in a crowd.
