Hello, Frank again.
Went to a club with Pat last weekend and she has been going on about this track the dj played. I said i know some people to ask, so here i am.
It was a hardcore version of "tainted love" with female vocals.
I tried google but had no luck.
Anyone know the artist??

Hixxy did a version around 2000, which had female vocals :) I can do a clip if you need :)

Yes i think its the hixxy one! Hard2get do you know if he released it and on what label. Googles not coming up with anything :-(

Gloria Jones did the original in the 60's.
Is it Baby tainted by Hixxy & UFO that's the cover?
On B-Trax. Also on Bonkers 7 (the only Bonkers i can't bear to listen to for more than 2 minutes)!

What a coincidence, got bonkers 7 through the post from e-bay today. Not too impressed with it either so far. Will give it a chance to grow on me though.
Well the vocals are deffinately by elaine (as on baby tainted) but this version didnt have the guitary riffs, and it had the soft cell b-line....
