The Video isn't hardcore music you might find it hard to get an ID here.

Well I beg to differ mate, because to my ears its sounds like whats defined as happy hardcore. So youre telling me youve never heard songs like this at the old Fantazia shows?

It sounded like a house track to me... but it's not the best recording... could be an old 91 rave tune I guess.

Well, I beg to differ my friend.
Not Hardcore in a million years - and Fantazia NEVER featured Happy Hardcore.
More house than anything - the sort of commercial stuff they've always played at Wigan Pier.

Well I listened to alot of fantazia tapes back in 92-93, and regardless of genre there were alot of tunes that sounded similar to this, at least to my ears. In fact some of the stuff Ive heard with fantazia wouldnt sound out of place on a bonkers cd, or vice versa. I realise genres of music are always changing, prob some of the tunes from 10-15 years ago are classed differently now than they were back then.
Anyway thanks for the help.

And youre right silver, sounds like a 91-92 rave track which has been given the happy hardcore treatment.

It's a blatant scouse track, I can't believe people are even debating this!

Yeah it's a Scouse House track. It's called Happiness. There's a version here: http://www.juno.co.uk/ppps/products/205953-01.htm by RPM which is shit. The version on that video is class thought. The only Scouse track I've ever considered buying.
