im thinking about putting a night on with a mix of hardcore, drum n bass, breaks n other forms of dance music all in one room varying through the night. Does anyone reckon this will work?

We do it and it works very well TBH. We play almost any dance music really psy trance, techno, hard house/style/trance, hardcore (all types), breaks, DnB etc etc and even some house! (not all in one night obviously). Don't think it would work for a bigger party though.

well im doin that quite often m8 :) if ur good at all styles and prefer beeing random give it a try.. i even spin DnB proper altho i only mixed it 3 times :) did a mash up like this:
club > dance > hardhouse > happy hardcore > hardcore > darkcore > terror > speedcore
so give it a try :)

Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire border... High Wycombe, Aylesbury etc. If you near enough and good enough then yeah I'm sure you could play a set.

same we've had 6 sets of decks going recently and just throw on w/e the hell we decide and try and mix it in smooth
