What songs, going by the lyrics, give you the saddest feelings or have the saddest meanings?
For me these are pretty sad. Not depressingly sad, but just on a down tempo. Like makes me reflect on stuff:
Transit - "Count The Hours" = Beautiful song..."so count the hours."
Dougal & Gammer - "Tripod" = This song made me memorize the sample from War Of The Worlds. It really makes me feel like the world is ending. The remix on HH3 is awesome.
CLSM - "Drifting Away Featuring Stefan B" = This song goes real deep.
EFM-7 - "Raver Raver Raver" = The second part has some sad lyrics that aren't too sad. Great track.
Antix - "Another Life" = Haven't heard the original but I have the HH3 version. Very existential.
Impact - "Back In The Days" = Makes me look back into my past.
Brisk & Ham - "In Your Life" = Awesome lyrics: "Life is like a spinning wheel, as the world goes round and round, you know. Maybe that's how lovers feel. Up and down the stops. Nobody knows how many tears, or how many broken hearts, just how many sorrows, how much you TAKE! IN YOUR LIFE! IN YOUR LIFE!"
Frantic & Resist - "Spending My Time" = An awesome sample! "I thank the lord above, you're not hear to see me in the shape im in, SPENDING MY TIME, WATCHING THE DAYS GO BY, FEEL SO SMALL, STARE AT THE WALL, HOPING THAT YOU THINK OF ME TOO, SPENDING MY TIME!" I love this song.
Milo & Phil Ryan - "Leave You Again (Reese Remix)" = This song hits me real deep. "Wherever you go I will be, wherever you go I will be, IN YOUR ARMS, IN YOUR ARMS." It's not exactly sad but to me it's very reflective.
Heaven-7 - "Speak Of Love" = Kickass song.
Heaven-7 - "This Life" = This song is real deep. "I NEED YOUUU OHHHHOOHHHHHHHHOHHHH"
Idealz - "Growler" = from Luna-C FM.
Force & Jack Speed - "Break Of Dawn" = If you haven't heard it yet, go get it! It's amazing! "Don't try and walk away, give me just one more day, so please stay with me, wait for the break of dawn!"
DHT - "Listen To Your Heart (Hixxy Remix) feat. Edmée" = Another great remixed song.
There's probably a few more I know but this is all I could think of/find for now.

i know where you're coming from meshblorg.
i've been listen to alot of hardcore tracks with 'sad' lyrics as of late (rather not explain why but i think you can all guess why) and i think that dancelordz - fly has some sad vocals as i get a wierd feeling evertime i listen to it. i get the same thing aswell when i listen to drifting away by clsm and faces of angels by dok and ponder

Did you listen to the rest of the musical? jeff waynes musical version of the war of the worlds ROCKS!! i wish some one would do a proper hardcore mis of one of the tracks! the ulladubulla remix album is SHITE!

The original to 'Show me the sunshine' is way better
too bad it was never released (but it came out on h2bh and there were a few dubplates cut)
