I am using Nero 7 Premium? You using an old version or something mortis?
This is the old method I used to use before I started using Nero.. Try this mortis

Might be a stupid question but with regards to Nero 7, are you using "Nero Express" or "Nero Burning Rom"?
*edit* While using the "Nero Burning ROM" program, I have the same problem as Mortis the crossfade checkbox wont stay checked!!
Did you find a solution to this Mortis?

Firstly thanks to everyone for their help & input!
Have downloaded Foobar and added the .dll component (I have Nero installed also)
Followed the instrustions right down to the point where it says "select Write Audio CD option" - this option just isnt there?! I'm pretty sure I'm running Foobar2000 special (v0.9.4) It's really irritating cause it would be perfect if I had the option cause the ID3 tags come up automatically (ace software if it works!)
Also why is Nero needed if it is never open or used in those instructions?
Please help someone (!)
