It had a release on Sean Apollo's Greyscale Records a while back along with a killer Adam L remix...:)

Nah, Apollo isn't from Spain, he hails from Michigan, USA 
As far as Pertyon goes, I'm not sure.
And that's pretty awesome that you heard it in a club all the way in Spain!
