Does anyone mix breakcore, or know of any major Breakcore DJs/Producers out there, I find the genre intreguing, but know little about it.
I'm interested in really Hard-Hitting upfront stuff (less on the D&B side)

Theres a list of producers on there. Theres also a list of Breakcore record labels on there.

check out the cockrockdisco site, they usually have free tracks and everything from pro artists.
also check out venetian snares, sickboy, enduser and rotator (and check the links on their websites

Shitmat is probably one of the best known beakcore dj's and producers.

nope, mainly breakcore/mash-up. he sometimes uses gabber kicks in his mach-up sets though (and awesome sets those are, he's one of my fave live acts :p)

Thats an entertaining set. I like it. Much better than some venetian snares sets I've heard. This sorta flows in some sort of abstract way.

*kind of late to the thread, but worth saying*
My personal faves are Shitmat and Venetian Snares, though VS is more uber experimental drill 'n' bass.
But I also suggest Duran Duran Duran and Donna Summers.
and for drum 'n' bass influences, Bong Ra is good. (His track, "Hello My Cock is An Aardvark" is really bouncy techno influenced, too.)
