was released as a followup to one of Hixxy's earlier tracks "Smoogies Asleep" from memory...
anyway, for me i'd say EFM-7 - Raver Raver Raver,
Scott Brown - Elysium
BUT the Ultimate High (spinback/storm/euphony) remix would be my all time fave

if you have the original press of the record it says "Smoogie's awake" on the sleeve
it also says wanting to get high though
