Hi guys, im no stranger to hardcore music but im not a huge fan...
ive been asked to design a website for a hardcore event/promotion and have no idea what would apeal to the eye's of hardcore lovers.
If you could point me in a direction it would be great, im using photoshop design wise and dreamweever website wise.
Im a profesional designer and this is my first point of call for a hardcore website...
im looking for programs/tutorials/website examples/brushes/fonts etc, anything that will help!

ive found things like that already but no way can that be done in Photoshop. ive been using it for years....
any idea what prog was used?
im using a cool free one at the mo called 'chaoscope'

No idea, thing is some people will like lots of colours, but some will say its gay and its making hardcore look childish blah blah, the simple sites seem to work for everyone best ;)

Depends what type of hardcore it's for. Find out.
Personally I like something futuristic and possibly using anime stuff but that's more of a freeform Hardcore thing I guess... Wouldn't be suited to a site about UK Hardcore.

anime + freeform? now that doesnt fit.. just because Relentless Vinyl or RAvin Phantasy uses anime/manga-styled 'ladies' :P

It does fit... Well Sci Fi anime does anyway. It's a prefect fit IMO and not just because it's used on most of the freeform & energy hard house labels.

haha go easy guys. im open to all suggestions...
these are good ones btw, the night is called Who's Hardcore? i dunno if any of you have heard of it or even been to it, theyre doing pretty well with things too!
i do like the 3d text's but i cant get them in photoshop easily.
if there are any other designers around then please could u lend some tips on achieving the 3d effect?
