What?! I'm so sorry! I had no idea that Frolic sells illegal stuff. I thought that a person his reputation would make sure that no (copy)right is violated....
Vol. 8 is not licensed and not approved by the artists, (ie the person selling the CD pockets 100% of the money on the album), thus illegal, I heard several labels are taking / wanted to take action since the tracklist is now public knowledge but don't quote me on it.

yea ch. 8 was probably the worst of the chapters, right next to ch. 2. his intentions for ch.8 was as a promotion for companies to find out if someone is willing to pick up the series, but i guess no one will pick it up. so yea as far as ch. 8 is concerned it basically shouldn't be something that he is selling.
