could anyone please explain to me how you get the clips of tracks on here for help with i.ding tracks.

I have soundforge for recording clips onto my laptop from decks, but i dont know how to get them on sites like yousendit etc after that.
is there any cost involved?

Any simple instructions would be much appreciated!!

Once you have the clip on your computer, go to the yousendit site (you may have to sign up but there's no charge - and i haven't had any spam). The site gives you the opportunity to send the clip via email - put your email addy in so you send it to yourself & add the file as instructed and send away!

When the clip has uploaded you get a link to post on sites like here.
