Nope, we use training mines, which actually weight few kilos more then the real ones. Theres nothing like running in full combat gear while carrying 4 mines (equals to ~50 kilos). Thank god its only 40 days left for me...

Yeah my job (Scaffolding) involves alot of lifting and climbing so my job keeps me fit.. i also have weights and a running machine at home (up for sale some items check out Ebay) but i find actually running round or to a sertain place is more benafiting to muscles and lung capacity (my whifs brother is a fitness teacher)

so yeah i act like a monkey all day and run my ass off all night usually lol.

I ride my bike when the weather permits, and do sit ups when I feel like it.

That and constantly drumming with my fingers and typing keeps some small level of activity going.

I used to get loads from the skateboarding... although i havn't been on a board in ages *shock horror*
Use to skate praticlly everyday, everywhere! getting atleast an hour a day on the board! skating atleast a mile or 2! even if it was just round the shop and back each day, it was still exercise and also kept my skills from going rusty!

Not anymore though... Been spending to much time on the music...
Thats the bummer when you get older... you can never fit everything in!

However I've promised myself that I'm gonna put aside around £200 for a new deck & set up come the new year! and start fitting it in around my timetable!

Its funny, few years ago i was the "legand" of the area when i came to skateboarding, teaching and inspiring all the little kids to get involed! And making sure they had right attuide towards the sport (none of this punk rocker ********!)
However, These days... i fear its gonna be them little shits telling me how to do it! lol

I do some sit-ups every day in an attempt to keep the old beer belly down but other than that and having a stomp at raves that's it these days :-s. Used to do a allot of skateboarding and snowboarding but I don't have the time these days and beating myself up on concrete and rails hurts allot more that when I was younger. I am planning to go snowboarding more though... and maybe join a gym.
