Got added by these guys today!
http://www.myspace.com/melbourneshuffler Its a video about underground music... Looks intressing... But also a bit OTT (American) It talks mostly about dancing rather then the music itself... But... There passionate about the scene in that way - which is what counts... so fair play if they want to broadcast that to the world!

ahhhh the melbourne shuffler DVD... As we all know, the Melbourne shuffle dance is "taking over the world" (jumpstyle FTW for me )...
this style, as the name suggests, originated in Melbourne, and has slowly spread to sydney and parts of asia. It looks really cool, with the basics of the running man "basically shuffling on the spot to make it look like you're running... you put your left foot in, your left foot out, in out in out shake it all about). The DVD's supposed to be really worthwhile (2 Disc) with interviews of a lot of international DJ's and their take on the shuffle.
I know a few people (Sydney based) who shuffle, and who go down to Melbourne to get more ideas and it looks pretty fun and good. To me its a good dance to do once you get tired of jumping around.
here's a Wiki link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melbourne_Shuffle which is pretty good. do a search on youtube, there's a few videos up there. but as charlie said, the dance is NOT American, but its Australian! So you can count this as a great export, along with tim tams, koalas, kangaroos, VB (piss), Crown Lager (good), DJ Weaver... thank god i'm english...
