the song title and artist name...

It seems that I'd heard it many years ago and this song used to be very famous, could anyone tell me who is the original artist? And who did the hardcore remix and its HHC song title?

Could anyone tell me who is the most original artist?
I remembered this song many many years ago but can't remember who is the original artist this mix sampled from.
By the way, is this hardcore remix called 'sonic solution -dont speak'?

the version you posted is who done it #4, and just fyi you're not supposed to ask for what the original samples are from as we've had some litigation problems through the site
