My 2 cents... Your sound is a little computer gamey, not a bad thing but I'm not sure what your going for with the track. The structure of the track needs a little work, take a listen to a few tracks produced by other big name producers that you like and study how they keep the track together for 3-4 mins (keep the excitement there).

computer gamey ??
does anyone agree with this ??
as for structure i've been cutting things out chucking things in for ages now & on listening the first part is out a whole 4/16 loop only because i chopped a section out & forgot to copy n paste a section back in to compensate.
is there hope ? or is it complete crap ? listen with a good pair of headphones before answering that lol

I have studio monitor speakers, I'm not saying it's crap just the instruments you used sound computer gamey. What artist or style or hardcore were you going for?

the whole track was done on the fly, i've been listening to hardcore for 12 years now on & off so didn't have a track or artist in mind at the time.
i just went with the flow going for an old skool happy hardcore sound.
my nipper loves it so i'm happy with that :-)

if i'm honest the whole track was made in dance e-jay 4....
stop laughing !!
nah serious, it was, i then exported the track seperately as solo's & opened them in cool edit pro to re-sample the seperate samples.. echo, digital equalizer, distortion & phasing etc... then pasted them back together. took a while to adjust volume & graphic eq till i thought it sounded right.
i know working with an old program that was designed for 140bpm isn't the way to go, as they need to be speeded up, but ive yet to find a program that can time stretch without losing a serious amount of quality
please tell me if you know different
