Yesterday I was a bit bored and messing with my new MP3 player which can adjust the playback speed +/- up to 30% (I used a IRiver T30), and I realized the slow version of happy hardcore music sounds exactly like the Eurodance.
As a frequent listener of Digitally Imported Radio, I found many Hardcore tunes are remixed from Eurodance tunes. So I tried to play Eurodance tunes in +20% higher speed and it sounds just like Happy Hardcore, so you may take this idea and do your own remix on Eurodance tunes.
Some crazy ideas for share.

They still make Eurodance! I thought they stopped making Eurodance in the late 90's?? Whatever happened to Eurobeat music?

Is Eurodance like 2unlimited and Cuturebeat, late '80s early '90s dance music with 'crap rap' in it? Snap! comes to mind with that! 2Unlimted think they were 'Techno' lol Used to love that stuff when I was younger. These days Upfront UK hardcore sounds like mainstream dance music but faster (not as fast as Happy Hardcore though) Some people mistake Freeform for being a faster evrsion of Hard Trance but it is alot better than that!

It doesn't sound like eurodance at all
and Eurodance at +20% doesn't sound like happy hardcore either
There are a limited number of exceptions but generally it *CAN'T* sound good
When a track is too slow, it can effectively be slowed down (instead of being sped up) to 1/2 of the percussion bpm's (when remixing)
but this requires vocal reconstruction
However most eurodance tracks are in that bracket where it sounds like shit to speed it up OR slow it down too much...

Here is the thing about hardcore, its almost every other genre of electronic music X_X
You have your breakbeats, trancy, bouncy, gabberish, and yes your eurodance.
