...And he's back... with another update...
Well alots been happening since Vegas... We drove to Steamboat Springs, Colorado (after an overnight stop in Grand Junction, Colorado) and spent xmas eve, xmas, and boxing day there snowboarding!! My first time (that i've seen proper snow.... and snowboarded... We make our own snow in Australia) It was AWESOME omg!!! i'm so going snowboarding on our crappy home made snow when i get back!!... though i fractured a rib on a bad fall...oooow... but i'm still here and kicking and breathing!!
Speaking of... MERRY XMAS (i know, i'm late)
Well from Steamboat, we Drove back, stopping in Moab, Utah and again in Flagstaff, Arizona.... Thats alot of desert (and snow)... We've seriously driven through everything!!! Sun, Rain, Snow, Sandstorm, Blizzard, Sun.... and now i'm in San Diego!!! And i'm here for a week, so i might be poking my nose in a few more topics now! San Diego is nice from what i've seen... (we arrived at 9 last night)... Nice BIG freeways... 8 lanes EACH WAY *scary*

We had a really bad thunderstorm in the early hours of this morning as well as 70mph winds!

well i'm in New York now!!!! Its amazing here, so busy, so many people... its great!!!!
i'm staying around 40th st/5th ave so i'm pretty much right in the middle of it!! spent the day wandering around, ended up around halfway up central park... thats a HUGE park!!!! (basically a pretty decent days walk.. went 44 blocks or so)...
caught a yellow taxi as well :D so thats done!!... havn't braved a street hot dog yet (i've been warned against them?? anyone say otherwise??)...
people here are alot "harder" than those from the west coast... and tend to dress up more... its better if you ask me!!
well anyway i'm here until tuesday, then its back to sydney!!! i should check up this weekend sometime though!! so *waves*

well i'm back home now!!! good to be back.. i'm as jetlagged as hell, but damn it was a good trip!!!
loong flight back... but i scored an upgrade the whole way!!! economy plus FTW!!! an extra 5 inches of legroom does wonders for a 4 + 14 hour flight!!
i cleaned out the virgin megastore in times square of hardcore (i bought 2 cds lol)
anyway, back to unpacking and foraging for food!!

plane fairs aren't cheap from australia... that cost me a fair amount... few thousand (including flights from LA - NY)
then spending money... again not cheap coz of the Aussie exchange rate... From england its pretty good though, you'd honestly have to look at UK flights/exchange rate to know what to save
