Passed another grading in muaythai yessterday, intermediate thai boxer now...

Was one of the first big steps for me so very happy to have passed!!

Thai boxing involves kicking mainly using shins, knees, elbows as well as punches.
rules are completely different as such - Can't go into a boxing fight then kick them on the side of the head or knee them in the face.

It's a mix between kick boxing and normal boxing - probably the easiest way to explain it....but it's one of the most vicious of the martial arts...It's not so much self-defence as it involves doing as much damage as possible. Close contact. Everything is a weapon. One of the best things I've started doing...Helps you in so many ways it's unreal.

Nice work! i used to do tae kwon do - was one belt away from black belt but i quit in the later stages of high school and now cant go back because of my back :( but i can still do the splits thanks to tae kwon do lol

OMG i love that movie sooo much

atleast you'll keep in shape, im only in it for the turneys anymore(pacific north west ranks)at its alot more of a work out than just sparing and training that and i get prize money
