According to Ishkur's Guide to Electronic music, it said that
"All the world's Happy Hardcore is made by only 12 guys"
[Source]
http://www.di.fm/edmguide/edmguide.html I am very curious about who are these 12 guys? Here are the name I can list so far..... 1.Scott Brown 2.Kevin Energy 3.Hixxy 4.DJ Sy 5.DJ Unknown 6.DJ Dougal 7.DJ Gammar 8.DJ Brisk 9.DJ Breeze 10.Darren Style 11.DJ Unknown 12.DJ Seduction This is only my guess and please correct it if I'm wrong.

It was a sarcastic joke. But yea, most of those were probably the ones he ment. Mainly cause they used to(?) have many aliases. Truth is, though, that there has always been many artists. But even today if you'll check a Bonkers tracklist, you wount find many other artists. Of course the people that listen to the music buy records from other artists, too.
Oh and as for your list, i would remove Gammer, Breeze and the second Unknown, and replace them with Sharkey, UFO and Luna C.

I wonder who are the 12 most influential DJs on today's Happy Hardcore music?
There are some names I know for sure....
1. Scott Brown
2. DJ Sy and Unknown
3. DJ Brisk and Ham
4. Dougal and Gammar
I only know 7 of them, who else are missed?

On a side note, Ishkur was talking about the UK HHC in the 90's, and by the 12 guys he ment artists not DJ's. As for me myself personally, DJ's have very little influence on the music i listen or the records i buy.

Do you mean UK Hardcore or Hardcore in general, if you mean the latter, then its really hard to say.

a lot of that guide is sarcasm, taking the genre stereotypes to extremes (look at his description of speedcore :p)
