Well guys/gals!
I phone the police today to check proceedings regarding myself and my son being assaulted last July and the CPS have decided that theres no case to answer too!
FFS! I stopped breathing had to have have cpr by my friend whos a nurse and got me breathing again and my son who was 8 at the time was assaulted by my ex and which resulted in my son gasping for breath and having a massive asthma attack!
If i had assaulted my son i would have had him taken of me by social services and my ex gets away with this!
I have no trust in the police anymore!
Zero tolerance! yeah right 
Bet my ex (easye) who comes on here reads this and laughs cos he got away with it!

Agreed. I was actually arrested the other day, because a 15 year old got mouthy to me on my own doorstep, so I threw him through a fence. His mate apparently witnessed this, but as far as I'm concerned, was defending my property.
I've also been assaulted twice, once outside a train station whilst with friends, less tham 5mins walk from a police station. They never caught anyone. Despite a telephone call as it was happening.
Then whilst I was working behind a bar. CCTV would've shown it, but when the police came to get the tape, it had mysteriously vanished.

This is one of the worse problems in the Uk at the moment, it needs to be sorted out before more people start taking the law into their own hands!

thats a load of crap.... unfortunately justice hardly ever gets served :( at least the scum is out of your life... some guy here shot a postie in the eye while he was delivering some mail because he thought he saw him "assaulting a girl" which he wasnt... i think he got off on a good behaviour bond or something... the justice system is too inconsistent and ****ed up. sorry to hear youve been affected Kathryn

^^^^ Has it not been possible to get him moved? Is he a tennent or household owner? A few years beack we ahd a family who went bad and it toke a long time for them to get moved as they owned the house. It was only that they didn't pay the mortage that they got moved out and soon after a new family moved in and there have been no problems since!

This really is a sad state of affairs. So sorry to hear the culprit didn't get his just desserts. It s already been said that people that commit the crimes very rarely do. Its also terrible you have to live so close to him too. I'm actually surprised that you have had little help from anywhere actually. As you said if it was the other way round, you would have lost your son. I think its a terible shame there isn't more help out there for his sake! I can't even begin to imagine what must be going on in his head! Take care.

Yeah we were waiting to get a video interview booked for my son but the cop dealing with our case was a waste of time!
I would of been still thinking that proceedings were going on if it hadnt been for me ringing today

It's funny isn't it. That seems to happen quite often when the police take tapes from licensed premises. ****ing bastards! :).
