Where can I download hardcore mp3s legally?
I've tried imodownload.com and searching for scott brown brings up none of his tracks (just a few of his remixes), also searching for cat knight brings up nothing.
Are thany any legal mp3 websites that have a more complete database?

well one thing is for sure, I wont buy his current shit.. he'd earn alot money of me if he where to put up more of his older stuff on mp3
anyways, you can find some of them here - http://www.evolutionrecords.net/ seems like the server is down or they have changed

I've lost sympathy then with producers/labels in the piracy war if they cant even make there stuff available on mp3. Its got to be the easiest and cheapest format to release on.

I can't see the logic of a music producer legally letting people download MP3s of there tunes as they ain't gonna make any money..
Lets not forget, Money makes the world go around!!

But they are going to make money aren't they, no one mentioned downloading them for free, even though some artists DO allow free downloads of some of their tracks...

I was going to comment that his statement was complete tosh but you've already done it.
They may make little money from downloads, but if older tracks are no longer avaliable new on vinyl then any money from mp3's is money they wouldnt have earned.
