not only that im still saving up to upgrade my pc and vsts my pcs quite old (only 128mb RAM lol) so i think i pushed it to the limits lol

Well you can clearly write a good track :)
Sounds good man keep working on that production. The most notable thing is the bass it's not driving enough really try and mess about to get something a bit more powerful.

Yeah most of the sounds were made with a vanguard and a albino for the pads but i need to get myself a v station maybe a second hand virus when i can afford it! But for the bass should i layer more than two together for that bit more power? I dont wanna add too much bass tho cos i dont want to overpower the kick either.

Yes you really need to layer at least two sounds IMO. One sound to produce all the low end and another sound to produce the high low/low mid driving sound. Make sure too cut the sounds down with EQ so they can do strictly what they are supposed to be doing and not interfering in each others frequency range... At the same time though make sure you don't leave a gap in-between the frequencies of each sound.
