thanks, well i wasnt going to go through with it because of my age im only 16, will be 17 when the baby is born. But i just couldnt go through with it. i know im dead young but i guess i just went with my instincts not what people were saying to me. Me and the dad have been together now for 17 months so it wasnt like a one night stand. he is currently looking for a place because he wants to spend as much time with the baby as possible.

Congrats and good luck! but speaking for all us parents on here its one of the hardest things you will do in your life but also the most rewarding! btw when is the baby due? Ours is 21st July! the name game I leave to the wife

For some reason this reminds me of Gilmore Girls :p Aaanyway, one of my friend has a kid, i dont think she lost "the best days of her life" or anything like that. Just remember, when you want to go out raving, you should. Thats what babysitters are for :) Otherwise you might get bitter and think you lost the best days of your life.

I was in my late 20's before the first of my kids was born, and i'm glad it turned out that way. But i do know plenty of younger families who manage just fine. I won't bother with advice cos it'll come from all angles anyway - just enjoy the responsibility, and get used to the idea of growing up QUICK!
BTW, i have 2 girls, 5 & 8 - couldn't think of names for them so i just gave em a number.
