FUSION
‘Sector 4’

16th February 2007
Club Ice - Westbury

Sy & The Unknown, Supreme, Rob Tissera, Alex Kidd, Mickey Finn, The Future Freakz and many more back in the ring for another adrenaline fuelled round!

On the 16th February, Turbulence are very proud to present the fourth eagerly awaited instalment in their series of massive Fusion events – ‘Sector 4’ taking place once again at the spacious Club Ice in Westbury, Wiltshire. Five arenas of talent and ten hours of mayhem crammed under one roof and featuring an all star line-up of the biggest names in dance music today from the key defining genres in the scene including Hardcore (Sy & The Unknown, Marc Smith, Brisk, Supreme), Hard Dance (Rob Tissera, Alex Kidd), Drum & Bass (Mickey Finn, Nicky Blackmarket), Twisted House (Future Freakz, Tim Cook) and celebrating the very best in up and coming talent!

Arena One – Fusion
Hardcore

In the Main Arena, Fusion present the cream of Hardcore’s finest, including headlining sets from Quosh Records top dogs Sy & The Unknown, industry legends Marc Smith and long term friend and collaborator Scott Brown, Hardcore Euphoria artist and Hardcore Till I Die resident Brisk and THC Records A&R and studio production team Supreme, Sunset Regime and Ramos. Joining this who’s who of Hardcore past, present and future – Fusion are also proud to announce the addition to the line-up of prolific artists The Geos Crew, Seduction, D-Ice & Reality, Joey Riot, DJ Kurt, Druid, D-Lyte, Scorpio and Producer.

They will be joined by Fusion residents and anarchic hellraisers Project Bosh, as well as marking the first official Fusion date for some newly appointed residents- Thin ‘n’ Crispy Recordings’ Stormtrooper and the ‘Queen Of Hardcore’ – Clodhopper.

Arena Two – Defective
Hard Dance

If Hard House is your flavour of the day, then head on over to Arena Two for a taste of Defective whereby you’ll have the chance to catch one man who has had the pleasure of calling such established parties as Gatecrasher, Slinky and Tidy his home, the one and only Rob Tissera will be headlining along side red hot Harder Generation superstar Alex Kidd, as well as Fusion co-promoter and record label front man Rus Turbulence bringing in some bounce by way of a few classics.

They will be accompanied by Defective regulars Jason Chance, Paul Dee & Tripoli, Jason Ireland, Chaszi and Stu-E.

Arena Three – Paradox
Drum & Bass

Back by public demand in Arena Three, Paradox brings the finest deck technicians up to the platform for some dark dance floor mayhem by way of the very best of Drum & Bass. Headlining will be the immortal Mickey Finn, an artist renowned across the World for his flawless production and diversity within his music tastes and choices; Mickey will be touching down with the Paradox crew in Westbury, fresh off of a tour of New Zealand!

Joining him will be another key pioneer in part responsible for the constant flow of success within the underground UK Drum & Bass scene; Nicky Blackmarket. Both artists will be ensuring that the dance floor is kept rammed and aiding them in doing just that are the very best in London and South Coast talent today. These include MC Skibadee, DJ Klip, Karn Evil, Viper & Lewis D, DJ Rome, Wink & Twigz, Shy Guy, DJ Salmon, MC Kaos, MC Bensta and MC Baker.

To add to this, there will also be a no holds barred live performance from Interface and featuring MC Red Skin. It’s safe to assume that if you are a lover of Drum & Bass and nothing else, this arena provides the perfect ten hour marathon session of pure talent.

Arena Four – Cartel
Twisted House & Electro

Upstairs on the balcony bar, if you are looking for a filthier and more minimal affair then allow us to introduce you to our friends at Cartel in Arena Four. For quite some time now, the South Coast based Cartel, have been spinning Twisted House and keeping (their take on it at least) very much underground (or on the water if you followed their infamous boat parties with Steamin). With the Electro takeover this summer pretty much grabbing us all by the scruff of the neck and quite literally forcing us to dance, Cartel’s legendary status has shot to new heights over the last few months alone; leading them here, with their very own Arena at Fusion.

Headlining the line-up will be the Future Freakz, hot off the trail of their first remix going out to the promotional DJ list masses (their twisted Electro cut of Nysse & Hinton’s ‘Silver Water’ on Turbulence is proving to be the clearly defined winner on all feedback from the industry dons), this double act of filthy Electro basslines and piano’s are looking forward to prime time exposure from their debut single ‘A Week Ago’, which is all set up for a chart smash. Joining them will be Twisted South Coast House music’s very best, the Cartel creators and residents Tim Cook, Phil Thompson and Tommy Mundell. Prepare to be educated!

Arena Five – Hardcore Distortion & Q-Bic
Future Hardcore

Hardcore Distortion & Q-Bic will be your hosts for Arena Five showcasing the very best in present and future Hardcore talent as HDQ, Fusion regulars Outburst & Ralph Mignano, Bishop & Hex, DJA, Reegz, The ADT Collective, THC, Hex, Niacin, Bundy & Jaypo, Paul EP Vs Barry K, The Chunky Boys and public favourite DJ Pikey. Joining them will be the future of Hardcore MC’ing – Skinny D, Vandal, Motion, Trigger, Lloydy and Peaty.

Combining four key dance music genres over five arenas and bringing with it flawless, full-on production, awe-inspiring light shows, an array of top drawer entertainers and merchandise stalls (including an opportunity to purchase Turbulence releases on site as well as Fusion merchandise); Fusion is ultimately a massive event, neatly packed under roof at the illustrious Club Ice. Be part of the future generation and grab your clearance to enter Sector Four!

Team Fusion are lined up for the party of a lifetime… who’s joining them?
