Does anyone have the the acapella to the Rainbows High In The Sky which was used by Vinygroover and I think Paul Elstak?

I always find this strange..........
On this board everyone bitches about p2p and what not but still openly trade or try to trade copyrighted material.
An accapella and the full track are covered under the same law therefore trading the accaeplla is illegal, this is ok yet putting up a track list for the mix is not, wtf???
