I AM MORE LOOKING AT THE HAPPIER SIDE OF BOUNCY TECHNO IF THAT MAKES SENCE.......ITS JUST I PREFER FLAT BEATS RATHER THAN THE GABBER TYPE BEATS

From what i've heard of scott majestik is probably the closest thing, apart from odd tracks and updates of older tunes from other people i havent really heard anything.
Sure a few of the people who release on digital make some tunes in this style but never on vinyl so i havent checked it out really. Infact aye i have a mix somewhere from some irish lads thats all new bouncy techno pretty good aswell.
Most the big scottish producers from back in the day have moved onto other things or stopped producing. Then the dutch kinda saw bouncy techno as happy hardcore and it pretty much died out there, still seem to be some raves playing the classics but no modern equivalent.
If i've missed out on people makin this style would be interested to hear more, but if it doesnt have the raw, rough quality it jus aint bouncy techno to me.

I AGREE....I SHOULD HAVE SAID TO LEAVE OUT THE REMIXES OF THE OLD STUFF......COULD YOU SEND ME THAT SET M8 SO I COULD HAVE A LISTEN PLZZZZZ WOULD LOVE TO HEAR IT.......I THINK PEOPLE WOULD GO MAD OVER A FEW UK BOUNCY TECHNO RELEASES........THE DUTCH DID SOME OF THE BEST BACK IN THE DAY...IMAGINE THEY WERE STILL INTO THE WHOLE HARDCORE THING INSTEAD OF GABBER....RAVE SCENE WOULD BE KAOTIC AGAIN

http://www.happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=29725&SearchTerms=bring,back,bounce theres the thread with tracklist i'm just uploading the set just now, havent listened to it in ages i remember it bein really good though. Agree with you about dutch aswell there older stuff was amzin, cheese right through to the speedcore. Things have changed though i enjoy some of the new industrial madness but aye it doesnt get me goin in the same way. Theres so much of it though and loadsa tunes i still dont no and havent heard from back then, so even if no new stuffs bein made is still plenty of classics to get searching for.

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=M171TZZS Nu foundations modern bouncy techno set, enjoy mate *Edit also be worthwhile checkin a few of these tunes from Scott Majestik http://www.happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=32750, more of a bouncy techno/uk hardcore crossover rather than jus new bouncy techno but are some quality tunes there. Only other things i can think of would be like Dave Conway "Brazzdisc" off raw elements a few year ago and the Plus System "Rock that body" which is basically a newer remix of scotts browns mix of Ultimate buzz "Check da base" done very well i think. Again these are more jus uk hardcore but can see the bouncy techno influence

As already suggested, the Nu Foundation Bouncy Techno mix is worth a listen as that is newer stuff. I don't see the point of most of these 'pretend' old skool stuff you get which use Staccato Techno riffts yet use soft beats! Hard kicks gave Bouncy Techo the edge that made it hard!!!
