They cant. The only unlicensed tracklisting on this site that i have ever seen not get removed was a mix by Impact.

jus ad a quick listen 2 jus the mixin n i'm really sorry 2 say it werent brilliant...
wen i saw the tracklist i were pretty enthusiastic about givin it a listen but no offence (seriously no offence) it were a bit of a let down. really tryin not 2 sound like im bein a prick here but...
2 major flaws: the beats from the track u were playin onto the track u were mixin in in most cases werent matched properly n wen it were obvious that they werent matched u didnt rectify the problem in a hurry. also the tracks u were mixin in werent always on time.
my advice, if u want it after all that, is try this mix again wiv the same tracks n think it through properly. sorry m8.
EDIT
i've jus realised u've ripped some of these tracks from compilations ant u? that could go some way 2 explainin it

indeed.. sum ripped off yer.. mostly couse here in the netherlands i only get uk hardcore on albums =]
and im more a gabber person tho ;) just tryin sumtin on the happy style =]
