Illegal iirc
Its the same as recording something from a normal radio and keeping it or from the tv.

A quick google later
"Legal issue: It is legal to record, for your own use, broadcasts that you have a right to listen to in the first place (the famous Sony vs. Betamax case established this). It is not legal to resell, redistribute, or rebroadcast the recordings without the permission of the copyright owner."
That was from a US site but you believe things on the web at your own peril
At the end of the day if you had just done it without starting this topic nobody would know.

Put simply, you're not allowed to record it and it's totally fronded apron. This is Digitally Imported and our rules. Please don't discuss methods here on how to do it. We run the radio for free so please help us keep it that way. We are trying to bring in ondemand stuff.

on demand? what happens to the old mixes thare aren't played anymore? alot of people would love to get some comet or bluecore mixes.
in my opinion, it should be up to the DJ who recorded the mix if the mix may be shared afterwords, becuse the mixes, even if they are played one the radio, are not legal anyways (not most of them, some might have done a mix with permission from all the records holders).
Is that so much to ask for?
