I always hold my middle 2 fingers with my thumb and have the 2 outside fingers stretched out! (like holding a strobie) and either bounce up and down or move my feet really quickly (depending on the track) but i've realised i havn't changed my moves for 15 years! anyway how do you lot dance?

glo stick in each hand - then let the music do the rest.
I move pretty quickly with the glo-sticks and move with the music...go fast/slow...just put my head down and dance like no-one is watching.
When people Ask me where I've learned to dance...I haven't...It's just the music...
when it touches you deep....you dance.

i just stomp, i really dont know what my hands are doing at the time, as long as i am stomping to the beat. thats all i care about.

interesting question! i usually stomp but like my feet move around in different ways lol like its like im twirling on the spot but to the beat and stuff... its so hard to explain in writing ahaha... and i move my hands around to the beat aswell... i usually have glow sticks in my hands too... and then ill kind of stop stomping and then bounce a little lol so hard to explain! depends on what part of the track it is you know.... like build up ill just kind of move my arms and feet just a bit but then when the beat kicks in start stomping

I think the best thing about hardcore is as long as you are witht he beat it doesn't matter how you dance/stomp! Nobody really takes much notice either! LOL
I sorta bounce about a lot, in circles, move about a bit, arms flailing everywhere, sounds a bit nutty, but doesn't look too bad (i hope)!
It has already been said that, you just let the music take you, and when you feel it just go with it, can't go far wrong!

I'd like to do stuff with my hand but infortunatly i have a bottle of water in my hand all night lol so i can't.
A good dance i do when im pissed tho is bounce my shoulders around and sort of throw my hands out all over the place at all different levels
