I bought a video the other day of kathryn's brother in an MMA fight, I payed £5 for the download. Trouble is it crashes after 12 minutes, I've tried allsorts of different players, I've tried the odd repair tool and I've even converted it to a different file type. Sadly it still crashes at the same part.
Does anyone know of a good program to repair broken .mov files? I've done a few search's but nothing as yet has been any use.
Help please!!!

If you have been able to change the file type, then Video Fixer might work, but it doesnt work on mov files AFAIK.

Also as for players Media Player Classic is the best player. That with the CCCP codec pack is all you need. I've had broken files that other players didnt play, but that managed to buffer the errors.

Maybe the file data is corrupt at that certain point in the video? Somtimes downloads don't download every bit and maybe your missing some data.
If those fixes don't work I would try re-downloading and if that doesn't work then the source is corrupt and I would contact the people providing the file.
