I know this is a Deja Vu subject (if its not spelt that way its because I'm not French) and its been done loads of times, (most things on here are and I've only been here 14 months) but think it would be good to here your 5 serious reasons why you like the music from that year! I've been into Hardcore since the beginning! (also see the f*ck me I'm 36 thread! to know I'm that old )
BTW mine is 1992 and the reasons will follow soon!

I'd say it's gotta be 2006, not for the tracks released but for the tracks played, if that makes any sense. And because it was when I got into Hardcore. I saw Brisk in Seattle, which got me interested in the music, then I saw Impact live, and that was all I needed. Hooked like heroine.

1989!
Mescalinum United FTW!
(not really. I really don't have any preferences as to what year of hardcore. I'm pretty egalitarian when it comes to hardcore subgenres/styles.)

and Stu Allan

Loved his hardcore hour full of bangin tunes!
Tunes like 'show me how to beat the devil' 'touch the sky' 'heres Johnny' 'Technophobia' and i used to write into his show for requestes and shoutouts
Also he even sent out the list of tracks he had played during his hardcore hour if you wrote in and requested them.
