It's a really shit description all i can say is it was the first modern uk hardcore tune i took a liking to, was very trancy i remember and had a vocal by Kelly. I cant remember anything about the vocaal and i havent heard it in years. Was about the same time as "Stay here forever" got released, and i was interested as some spanish dj's had started playing next gen in there sets. Anno is a long shot just incase anyone else who was into there stuff back then and remembers why a good tune didnt get released, or if it got released on a different label which i doubt as it said it was forthcoming next gen at the time.
Shame you can't remember any of the vocal mate... Nothing springs to mind really.

Demo - I've got a feelin'
Bang! - Give me a Reason (Ham remix)
Stealth - Love, Life & Happiness
Rapido - Ultraviolet
Trixxy - Sunrise
V.A.G.A.B.O.N.D - Axis Mundi
Euphoria - Silver Dawn
Ham - Jump 2 Da Groove
Ham - Pay Attention
Ham - Be Happy
Brisk & Ham - Getting High
Eclipse - Things You Do (Gammer Remix)
Impact & Nemesis - Blown Away (V.A.G.A.B.O.N.D remix)
Brisk & V.A.G.A.B.O.N.D - Hit The Deck (Ham remix)
Brisk & Ham - Run for Cover
Plus so many more, infact, I like nearly everything I've heard on both of the labels.
