can anyone think of any hardcore tunes with these themes?
i've got to do this stupid english project, where i have to relate a song to this book we're reading...and it's supposed to be a song we listen to. i can't think of anything at all really. the book is Inivisible Man, if you've read it. It's about a black guy who society refuses to notice, and he is constantly ignored and beating down.
any help would be appreciated... i might just end up pretending i listen to hip hop or something

On a side note, it doesn't have to be about racism. Any song about people not getting noticed, or a culture that is shunned or looked at as invisible could be made as a comparison. Like the hardcore scene for the most part...
It's up to you, your project. :P

well, there is an anti-racism song by mc rage called "you bring out the hate in me".
as for a shunning song i can only think of a darkwave song for that (the crüxshadows - leave me alone).
