The issues with loudness consistency between the mixes could have been easily solved by having someone master the three mixes. Obviously this was a free album, so there is no budget to pay for 'pro' mastering, but even someone with basic knowledge could at least get the loudness consistent between the three.
Also, one issue with splitting up the tracks in mp3 form is that mp3 encoding inserts a small bit of silence at the start of each file. Fortunately it was short enough in this case to not be much of a problem, but it's still not ideal. I would prefer to see one full mp3 file for each mix, and then a cue file for people who want to burn to CD with track markers (I think this might have been mentioned above).
Cool to see the project come to fruitition anyway!

Yeah I want to know the answer to this...
Can't really listen to it at the mo as I hate listening to mixes that jump every track and I don't spend that sort of time listening to music on my computer.
