The second has a guitar riff in it, and has the lyrics:
"This is a test on the emergency broadcast system. The broadcasters in your area, (in accordance with? i think.) local state and federal law have developed this system in the event of an emergency"
The last is a hardcore remix of Salt 'n' Pepa's "Push It".
Help please!!

Don't know about the first one...
The second one could be any number of the D1 tracks by CLSM...not sure which.
The third could be Working Up A Sweat by DJ Ham.
Any more info would help...

What style are these tunes and when did you hear them?
If it was a while ago the Salt and Pepper tune will be this:

The second one could be Atomic Junkies - Radiation Area (but I cant really remember the samples in that so i could be wrong  )
I kno that Special D was a rip of an old tune but unfortunatley I dont kno the name, discogs says its a rip of a Blumchen tune
