Just wondering from anyone who has experience in the industry, is it common practice for artists on the verge of getting signed to pay for studio masters for their tracks? Im considering doing this, how much should i look at paying per track/per hour?

With the low rates I charge it's almost silly not to have your work mastered if you're serious about sending out a professional-sounding demo. Chances are you'll also get some useful feedback and learn a few things that'll help you with creating a better final product! 
In addition, very few mastering studios can boast that they specialise in hardcore/hard dance. PM or email for more info!

Yup, definately worth it, and definately worth getting Ruffage to do it. Also he has a hamster in his avatar, come on, you know you want to!
