http://www.ush.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=207196&start=75 = tracklist here where mix was posted.

amazing mix i cant stop playing, best of 94 harder stuff with the usual smurf stupidity and funny mixing.

Still cant get over "im the **** you man" into crocodile shoes , one of my fav dj's whether it's new, old, fast or slow tunes he's playing. Also good to see someone from britain playing out to 10's of thoushands in the worlds biggest hardcore events, and still playin out a bit over here.

Anyway enough jabberin pish, enjoy the set. If you dont like bangin hardcore its probably not for you, but a good few off here will love it.

Hahahaha aye is still open, think it was about 97 it stopped playin hardcore same as most of scotland. Some amazing sets recorded from there back then though, from english cheese to full on hardcore techno. Shame i was too young to enjoy it

Yes. Hardcore was more or less banned in Scotland. It was written that the venues had to change their music policy or have their licence revoked, so they changed to club/house and stuff like that by around 1996/97.

Bump, because I have rinsed this mix to a degree that I'm pretty sure is illegal in certain dictatorships.

Rather shocked to find out the first tune was an Aphex Twin though. Seems a fair bit more rotterdam than most of his gabber stuff.

On a less related note, does anyone know where the samples used in "The Ultimate Sex Track" came from?
