Because the land was sold when the club lost its license.
Its now swanky offices. Office space is more valuable that a dirty run down club. The owner figured he could sell it for a nice fat profit and **** off to Spain.
Who wouldnt?
It was one of the sketchiest clubs ever anyway.
Got some good Demand & DJ Christian tapes from there though!

Don't people read any of the other posts. There's been enough shit about writing in CAPS already. From now on silver you should just erase any message wrote in CAPS. Also why is it almost everyone else manages to type in lower case???
