whats the easiest way of doing this? i havnt got a fancy computer, i just wanna record my mix to my comp in as cheap and simple way as possible.

Jack to phono, from the record channel of your mixer into your sound card and a cheap recording program like mixcraft will do you nicely :)
If your computer is quick enough for you to go on the net without kicking the crap out of it I should thing it can handle recording.

Phono to jack cable out of the mixer (http://www.tvcables.co.uk/cgi-bin/tvcables/AD012.html), into the mic or line in socket on your PC. Download a demo of Sony Soundforge, (free) set the levels and record.

Never tried it myself but I'm thinking that all outputs work the same so it should work in tape or booth...
I assume you have your amp connected to master.
