For the last few days after the abduction of little Madeleine Mccann in Portugal i have been watching everyday for the day she is returned but its looking unlikely now
Although i dont agree with the parents for leaving 3 children alone in the apartment whilst the went to the Tapas bar to eat i do hope she hasnt been harmed.
Also i having been praying for my nan who has a few days to live now and is really ill she has been battling to stay alive.
She has MRSA, gangrene in her legs, a chest infection and her heart is only working 50%
she will be 92 this Monday 14th May but i dont think she will be here for her birthday and whats more sad is she wont see me getting married in June

don't know to much about this abduction but hope it will get sorted soon!

Hey Kath, its hard losing grandparents. I lost two in one day. I am sure she is looking down, I know mine are. Losing someone is very hard and only you can deal with the loss in your own way.
Time doesn't heal but it does accomadate.
I promise.
I agree with you about Maddie, I am looking at jemima now and know Izzie is safe upstairs and I couldn't dream of even running to the local shop in safe little Waterloo let alone going down the road for a meal. I don't feel safe turning for a towel at bath time.
However as a parent I would be destroyed if anything happened to my kids. I don't want to imagine what they are going through. I just hope th cutie girl comes back safe and sound.
Respects to your nan and the family.

The funeral was today, it's been a very long day but we've all made it through ok.
The service was nice and Kathryn's cousin & her husband and Kathryn's brothers were all top people. I only wish we could have met under better circumstances.
p.s. the vicar whistled when he used the letter S (I nearly laughed at it during the service)
