Your kick is a little weird, but I like the intro. oooo...I like the synth. This needs a proper mixdown, but otherwise it sounds very nice.
Oh, I'm serious about the mixdown, you keep fading the song in and out (is that on purpose)?
Really nice sound in the synth, happy tune, good melody, cool riff.
I like the cheeky breakbeat section, but the pads are a little heavy...
Awesome main riff...I see the sound you are going for and it's almost there. Very nice!
Cool sound with the record scratches (they work).
Overall, best song you've put on here...a stomper. Just needs a proper engineer to give it a more polished sound.
I'd like to hear a finished product.

You're kick has to much 'let' on it, i suggest changing you kick to something hard hitting with out the drag or sustain on it, Nice riff :) good so far.

Definitely needs a punchier kick. Bouncy noise when the pads kick in is out of key, and very dissonant. Love the synth sounds near the middle, definitely gives it a toytown-ish vibe. A bit of an odd riff, but in a good way, because it blurs the freeform/happy boundaries. There are two ways I suggest you go with this. Either:
1) Speed it up, make the drop after the breakdown more epic (lots of snare rushes and a way more complex break), and make it a good, if uninspiring, happycore track.
or
2) Slow it down, replace the four beat with a mental break, throw in some chopped vocals, and keep the old school elements going on into the song, while keeping the trance elements, and turn it into a brilliant fusion of trancecore and old school rave. Send it to KFA, Firewall, HWND, or any other breaks label
???
Profit!
Good work so far though.

^^?
Don't worry about speeding it up, because that's for the DJ...it'll sound great pitched up.

***UPDATE***
I softened the pads a bit, put a punchier kick in and add some sound fx.

Cool stuff...the breakdown sounds a lot better.

yeah maybe.... it probably wont get released ive had bad luck with that sort of thing in the past. Also i just recent 'acquired' a new vocalist so i havent decided whether i should put vocals in this or not yet... i dont know if it would suit it.
Thanks for your comments though. Means a lot.
