Apart from the already mentioned, Critical Mass, Blue Zone, Wonderland, Happy Nation, Brothers In Crime, Highlander, Jayke, Pulp Shock, Mindtrust, Fiction Factory, Lipstick, Solid Base (not the Eurodance group), Cherrish and Back 2 Bass are good ...and some similar style from Germany: Dune, Tokyo Ghetto Pussy and Blümchen.
Those should get you started.
