It's called "I Guess They're On E", and made, in the tradition of the oldschool, quickly and entirely using sampling. Critique if you will, and try to enjoy yourself!
(And yeah, the mixdown is shit (or will probably be shit, because I can't hear it properly because of my speakers). But it doesn't clip, and you can hear everything, which is the best I can accomplish while still maintaining a life outside of production.)

Cool. Nice hardcore breaks style song. The break is too much of a simple loop though. Give it some variety.
I realize it's only with samples, but you can still make the break more exciting.
The bassline is too distorted and low, filter it up and make it rounder and phatter.
Cool old school sound though and good work with the vocal samples and stabs.
It's a little too loopy though. I want a more complex breakbeat progression and structure. Please. Try adding another or even two more breakbeat samples in and make it flow...
Enjoyable though. Cool stuff.
The second breakdown is nice. But the bass line isn't groovy enough. It kind of just is and annoys me to be honest.

Okay. Good suggestions. I just fixed it up quite a bit, by adding in some more drum fills (though I'm keeping the chopping to the minimum, because I'm terrible at chopping when it's not breakcore) and fixed up the bass. In the string sections, I kept the bass the same, but the main bass got a deep, growling hoover layered with it, and during the happy part of the song, I scrapped the old bass entirely and just boosted the sub frequencies of one of the leads to a point where it generated a pretty good bass.
Check the OP for the update dl, and thanks for the advice!

Great tune - Bit simple though... ahwell, "simple sells"
Try and make it abit more original by laying some 909 or 808 kicks over the top... Create your own break and add a nice "punchy" snare... Then EQ your breakbeat to boost the hi end... a little peak around 1.5K herz should do the trick... then trim the rest of the EQ as much as you can!
Recycled breakbeats may be fun to cut up - but there a bastard to EQ - they often chew up too much room in the sonic space (EQ Bandwith) and drown (if not flood) the rest of the mix... So just avoid this by only keeping the "groove" from it, and then slamming your own breaks in! This is great as its more genuine and in the end saves you alot of hard work!
Remember, Dance Music Needs "unmp!!" So compress your kickdrums and give them a fairly high attack!

Allright! Sounds like a good idea. I'll get on that.
