As outlined on our website back in March, we said that we had something very special in store for you all in the form of Chris Barley who we described as "one of the most exciting talents to grace the world of hardcore in recent times", in our opinion.
Chris Barleycorn is a 22 year old producer who hails from Northampton, and is currently based in Kent. He has been producing music for about two years now and is starting to get recognised for his efforts. With releases forthcoming on Nukleuz, Audio Reanimation, Hecttech, Graffitti Trax, and the Nu Energy Collective, with even more to be announced, Chris is certainly one to watch for the future.
The Barleycore EP, which Chris has worked on for quite a while, shows just how diverse he can be in terms of production style. Varying from the uber-cheesy remix of 'Fasttrack', to the rave induced freeformer 'Hit It', this EP has something for everyone!

Audio Reanimation ceased its vinyl production after its second release in 2006 as a result of the slum in vinyl sales.
...£4.00 for a 6 track CD is very reasonable though, to be fair.

Unless your a top label i dont think your going to get much from vinyl sales to be honest, yeh £4 for that CD is very resonalble, esspecialy for how good the tracks are on it

too true mate, too true! Don't get me wrong; we would have loved to have pressed this up as a double vinyl pack, but the costings involved are just too dear...
still, look at it another way - 6 tracks, all professionally mastered, and in their original format i.e with no added snap, crackle and pop.
