I think he means where can people post there music so other people can listen to it. You knwo, make it public.

theres loads of places you can publice it:
myspace artist page
bebo band page
you could post ur trakcs up on here for people to hear aslong as there not illegal remixes etc, you could post them on other hardcore forums such as:

www.nextgenerationrecords.co.uk
www.evolutionrecords.net
www.hardcoreproducer.org (launches on satuday :P)
dont bother with you tube, bucnh of gays
