my honest opinion is no,
to much going on at once, and it sounds like the 'hardcore' (ie dj cammy)you hear little chavs playing of their phones down the park.
but keep at it tho, you gotta start somewhere, and im sure you'll eventuall make a cracking tune

thats just a mix i made to see what hardcore and that is i normaly mix dance music live on radio ect... but not done it in a while sold my decks and hopfully selling my cd decks i have now to get turntables back :D

definitely too much going on & sorry most of it doesn't sound good together, some places are way way out of tune.
imo you need to sort out a melody & stick with it, changing it slightly during the track. not completely....
you chop & change in this track so often i'm getting sea sick just listening 
your percusion, kicks & use of risers/effects is great, stick with it, but try n stick to a simple tune to start with, i think your taking on too much
