The one problem with patch xbox games and the way it's done. Is that they cant have any decent testing on the patches. PC patches go through alpha and beta testing for what can be months at a time before being released. With the patches being widely available.
With the xbox they are released without being available to all before hand so the testing can never be as thorough.
Last year one of the 360 updates was killing machines all over the place.
